Power Posture (30-45 min)

Mat- or reformer-based session to relieve desk-related tension (neck, shoulders, lower back).

Pilates & Breathwork (45 + 15 min)

Mar or reformer flow + guided breathwork to help relieve tension from long hours in the office, reduce stress and mental fatigue. The second part of the session includes breathing techniques to improve focus.

Lunchtime Reset (20-40 min)

Mat- or reformer-based stretches and core activation for quick energy boosts
