Reformer INTRO: introduction to reformer, focused on learning the basics.
Reformer (Beginner): slower-paced class to refine technique, rebuild confidence, and move with control.
Reformer (All Level): full-body class with options for different levels.
Reformer (Int/Adv): more challenging class for those ready to push further.
Reformer+: stronger, more dynamic class with faster flow and jumpboards - expect some jumping!
Healthy Back: supportive class focused on posture, mobility, and easing back tension.
If you’re new to reformer, please start with INTRO class or a private session before joining our regular classes.
