REFORMER FOUNDATIONS

New to pilates? Our Reformer Foundations program is the best way to get started. In a supportive small-group setting, you’ll learn the core principles of pilates and get comfortable with the reformer step by step.

Across progressive sessions, we focus on posture, alignment, and core activation, while introducing essential exercises that build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Each class blends movement with guidance, so you’ll get a proper workout while learning the foundations.

We offer two ways to begin:

The Course — 5 Weeks, Same Group

  • Small group (max 6 people).

  • Fixed dates and times for consistent progress.

  • Train with the same group each session, building confidence together.

  • By the end, you’ll feel fully prepared to join our group classes with ease.

  • Sunday, 11th January, at 10:00

  • Tuesday, 13th January, at 19:30

  • Thursday, 15th January, at 7:30

  • Thursday, 19th February, at 12:30

Price: €200 for 5 sessions

The Class — Weekly Drop-In

We offer Reformer INTRO and Reformer (Beginner) classes in our regular schedule.

Perfect for those of you who:

  • can’t commit to 5 consecutive weeks of classes,

  • just want to try 1–2 sessions first,

  • completed the course but don’t feel fully confident yet,

  • already have some basics and want a gentler step before joining our all-level group classes.

Reformer INTRO is ideal if it’s your very first time on the reformer — you’ll learn how the machine works, basic exercises, and key concepts in a calm, supportive setting.

Reformer (Beginner) is great if you’ve tried reformer before and want to refine technique, rebuild strength, and feel more secure in your movement.
