REFORMER FOUNDATIONS

New to pilates? Our Reformer Foundations program is the best way to get started. In a supportive small-group setting, you’ll learn the core principles of pilates and get comfortable with the reformer step by step.

Across progressive sessions, we focus on posture, alignment, and core activation, while introducing essential exercises that build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Each class blends movement with guidance, so you’ll get a proper workout while learning the foundations.

We offer two ways to begin:

The Course — 5 Weeks, Same Group

  • Small group (max 6 people).

  • Fixed dates and times for consistent progress.

  • Train with the same group each session, building confidence together.

  • By the end, you’ll feel fully prepared to join our group classes with ease.

The Class — Weekly Drop-In

A Reformer Foundations class will also be added to our regular schedule soon.

Perfect for those of you who:

  • can’t commit to 5 consecutive weeks of classes,

  • just want to try 1–2 sessions first,

  • completed the course but don’t feel fully confident yet,

  • already have some basics and want a gentler step before joining our all-level group classes.
