1:1 sessions are the best way to focus on your individual needs, whether that’s working through injuries, building strength, or reaching personal goals. Each session is fully tailored to you, giving you a complete body workout with a strong emphasis on the core. Along the way you’ll build strength, stamina, flexibility, and improve posture and coordination. These sessions really are for everybody.

1:2 sessions give you the same personalized approach but with a partner — a friend, family member, or colleague. It’s a great way to train together, keep each other motivated, and still enjoy a workout designed for your needs.

You can book either a 1:1 or 1:2 session with one of our teachers. Below you’ll find the option to book directly. If you don’t see a time that works for you, just send us a message and we’ll do our best to find something that fits.

Booking & Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, otherwise the session will be charged. If you have any questions, just reach out — we’ll be happy to help.

Studio Hire
Our space is also available to hire. If you’re interested, send us an email at studio@xxpilates.com and we’ll share the details.

Private Group Sessions + Events
For groups of three or more, please get in touch so we can talk through your options. We’re also happy to organize individual group sessions on reformers, special events at the studio, or even Pilates at your location. Just send us an email at studio@xxpilates.com to discuss.
