GROUP CLASSES

Our group classes are designed to give you the full pilates experience in an inclusive, motivating, and supportive environment. Each session is a full-body workout with a strong focus on core strength, alignment, and mindful movement.

We stay true to the pilates method — no random HIIT-on-a-reformer, no chaos — just controlled, well-structured movement that actually makes sense for your body.

We offer different class levels so you can choose what fits you best.

The group setting brings energy and community, while still leaving space for you to focus on your own body and movement.

Expect improved posture, strength, muscle tone, and flexibility — and that “I feel better in my body” feeling you’ll start to notice in everyday life.

Please note: Before joining our group classes, prior reformer experience is required.
If you’re new, start with Reformer INTRO, our Foundations Course, or a private session first — so you feel confident on the equipment and can fully enjoy your workout without being confused.
