REFORMER

Our group classes are designed to give you the full pilates experience in a inclusive and motivating environment. Each class offers a full-body workout with a strong focus on core strength, alignment, and mindful movement.

Reformer and Reformer+ sessions are all-level*, meaning every exercise is layered with options so you can move at your own pace—whether you’re just starting out or looking for a deeper challenge. The group setting adds energy, community, and encouragement, while still allowing you to focus on your personal practice.

Expect improved posture, muscle tone, strength, and flexibility—helping you feel stronger, more confident, and happier.

*Before joining our all level classes, we ask that you complete our Reformer Foundations course, join Reformer Foundations classes or have prior experience with at least 5 reformer classes. This ensures you feel confident on the equipment and can fully enjoy your workout.

    First-timer and beginner friendly class. We slow things down and focus on the essentials — breathing, alignment, core connection, and getting comfortable with the reformer and its springs. You’ll learn the key movements and terminology so everything starts to feel familiar and steady.

  • Reformer

    A full-body class focused on strength, control, and good movement habits. We move at a steady pace, working on core strength, alignment, and smooth, controlled transitions. You’ll have options throughout — so whether you want to keep it gentle or go a little deeper, you can make it work for your body that day.

  • Reformer+

    A more dynamic, full-body class designed to challenge your strength, control, and endurance.
    Expect a slightly faster flow, deeper core work, and the use of jumpboards for a touch of cardio and power.
