GROUP CLASSES
REFORMER
Our group classes are designed to give you the full pilates experience in a inclusive and motivating environment. Each class offers a full-body workout with a strong focus on core strength, alignment, and mindful movement.
All sessions are all-level*, meaning every exercise is layered with options so you can move at your own pace—whether you’re just starting out or looking for a deeper challenge. The group setting adds energy, community, and encouragement, while still allowing you to focus on your personal practice.
Expect improved posture, muscle tone, strength, and flexibility—helping you feel stronger, more confident, and happier.
*Before joining our group classes, we ask that you complete our Reformer Foundations course or have prior experience with at least 5–10 reformer classes. This ensures you feel confident on the equipment and can fully enjoy your workout.
