Hours*: 12:00 - 18:00, Fridays 13:00 - 19:00. 5 hours per day, one hour break included.
If you work full-time in Luxembourg, you would need only 3 days off - 14th May and 25th May are public holidays.
The course consists of 10 days face-to-face training. You must attend all days to complete the course.

Pilates Principles
STOTT PILATES® Principles for safe and effective movement.
Theory and practice of postural analysis.

50 hours of instruction and supervised teaching

A minimum number of hours of observation, practice teaching and physical review are required for all courses and should be completed between instructed sessions at any STOTT PILATES facility. Additional training may be required before certification. Practice teaching and physical review hours must be logged outside of class time. The practice logs must be submitted on your exam date (either written or practical exam). If the student fails to submit all the logs within 7 days from the last portion of the exam, the entire exam will be void.
Observation
Watch STOTT PILATES Certified Instructors and Instructor Trainers in live sessions with clients or via Merrithew Connect™.
Physical review
Personally practice exercises learned in class. Taking a class with a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor or working out with relevant course videos or through Merrithew Connect can qualify as physical review hours, and can be completed individually or with other students.
Practice teaching
Teach STOTT PILATES course repertoire to family, fellow students, friends or clients, cueing and correcting them through a workout. Practice Teaching can be done in-person or via video calls.

In the Intensive stream we’re looking for self-directed and highly motivated people with industry-specific knowledge and skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ideal candidates include current health and fitness professionals with prior teaching experience.
Career changers who would like to begin their training while still working full-time.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of functional anatomy and prior participation in an anatomy course that covers in detail the human musculoskeletal system and includes muscle attachments, actions and basic biomechanics. Acceptable courses include the STOTT PILATES Functional Anatomy course or a university or college level anatomy or physiology course (minimum of 20–25 hours of in-class instruction). Online courses may be accepted provided they amount to a minimum 20–25 hours of learning and include homework assignments, tests and/or a final examination
Minimum 30 hours participation in Pilates classes/workouts
Recommended 3+ years teaching movement or fitness. Applicants with a strong history of Pilates participation and/or experience instructing students/clients in another field may also be considered

The full course fee must be paid in full, latest 4 weeks before the start date of the course. The booking is only confirmed once full payment is received.

You must attend all days of the course to be considered to have completed the course.
If a participant fails to attend the course without prior notice, no refund or credit will be issued.

All payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or partial attendance.
