Comfortable sports clothes. Grip socks (mandatory) — available to purchase at the studio if needed. Your own water bottle (filtered tap water available).

To join our regular group classes prior reformer experience is required.
If you’re new to the reformer, please start with Reformer INTRO, Foundations Course, or a private session first. -
Yes, but please inform your instructor before class so they can modify exercises for safety. In some cases, private sessions may be the best starting point. A doctor’s note may be required.
-
We don’t offer pregnancy-specific group classes. However, some of our instructors are trained to work with prenatal clients and can safely adapt exercises when needed. Please check our Studio & Team page to see who is pregnancy-trained.
If you’re expecting, we recommend booking a private session to begin with. A doctor’s approval is required before starting any Pilates practice at the studio. -
The minimum age for group classes is 14. If you’re under 16, a parent or guardian will need to come along with you. From 16 onward, you can join classes on your own.
-
Our main teaching language is English, but many of our instructors speak other languages too and are happy to adapt when possible. If you’re looking for a specific language, check our Studio & Team page to see which instructors can teach in it.
