The provisions of this regulation apply to the studio under the name “xx pilates”, operated by the company incorporated under the name "xx pilates SARL-S" existing under the laws of Luxembourg, with registered office at Rue Aldringen 19, 1118 Luxembourg, listed in the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B297119 , binding all whose who use its services (members).

Access to the studio facilities

The studio can be accessed only upon a prior session booking.

The members are not allowed to be accompanied by guests, including third parties, in the studio unless previously authorized the studio's manager.

Access to the studio can be made only within its opening hours, which are posted and available to public.

Pets are not allowed in the studio, except for assistance dogs, unless previously authorized by the studio’s manager.

Studio’s facilities

The studio has 1 room dedicated to group sessions, 1 room dedicated to private and semi-private sessions, 1 changing room and 1 bathroom with shower.

Physical Conditions

The members assume responsibility and guarantee the non-existence of any medical or health contraindication for the practice of physical activity and sports.

2. If you feel unwell, you should not start exercising. In the event of indisposition arising during physical exercise, you must stop it immediately and request assistance from an employee of the studio "Prescription".

3. We require a doctor's note allowing users to attend classes during their pregnancy. Failure to present such note might cause pregnant users to not be allowed to attend sessions. Pregnant women in their first trimester are welcome to join us in a pre-post natal class and even in a first or signature if they have already been training with us before (always with a doctor’s note).

Group Sessions

The maximum number of participants in group classes is defined by the studio's manager.

Whenever a class involves the use of equipment or props, the members must take responsibility for their proper use and storage at the end of the class.

The members are responsible for cleaning the machines at the end of each class.

The studio xx pialtes reserves the right to change, without prior notice, the schedule of group classes. However, whenever possible, members will be notified in due time.

The starting time of the group classes must be respected by the members, reserving the studio xx pilates the right to refuse the entry of the clients pass the starting time.

Each members should arrive 5-10 min before the start of their class.

The use of cell phones is forbidden during group classes.

It is not allowed to stay in or use the studio without the presence of an instructor.

6.º Recommendations
For those who never been on a Reformer, we recommend starting with a beginner class or ask for a Private session before getting on a group.

7.º Registration
1. Registration is done online at the studio's website.

2. Upon registration, the user will have access to the studio's terms of membership and will accept them.

3. With the registration, the user accepts the Term of Responsibility for Fitness for Physical Activity, taking responsibility for his/her health condition to practice the modalities he/she intends to try.

8.º Retail sale of products in the space
This space has the resale of some products, which can be purchased through the Technique responsible for the space.

9.º Use of the exercise room
1. Users should follow the instructions of the "Prescription" studio staff and obtain advice from them.

2. The person in charge of the exercise room may ask any user to leave the room when their behaviour is likely to affect the normal operation of the exercise room.

Payments

Payment for sessions is required to be made by the members on or before the date of the sessions. If a member has no session credits, charges for late cancellations or no show appointments for sessions will be charged to the member’s credit card on file under the membership agreement.

If the above conditions are not met, the member will be unable to use the facilities, and the studio xx pilates will be responsible for cancelling classes already scheduled until the outstanding amount is settled.

Refunds

All products and services sold are nonexchangeable and nonrefundable. This applies to all services including Classes, Packages, Memberships, Private and Semi-Private Sessions and Workshops.

Cancellation Policy

A xx pilates member that has made an appointment for a session may cancel or change the time of the session provided that a notice is given of minimum 12-hours for group session and 24-hours for private and semi-private sessions. The members can make these changes via the ACCOUNTS, or by contacting the studio directly. Members will be charge the full cost of the session on any late cancellations or no-show appointments.

Expiration Policy

All sales are final. All Sessions and classes have expiration dates, please refer to your expiration dates on your Arketa account.

11.º Insurance
1. The studio "Prescription" has an insurance for work accidents in accordance with the provisions of article 14 of Decree Law No. 10/2009 of January 12, as amended by Law No. 27/2011 of June 16.

2. The information about the existence of the insurance referred to in this paragraph is displayed in a place visible to users.

13.º Prohibition to access and stay in the studio
1. The studio "Prescription" reserves the right to prohibit users from accessing the studio or to promote their departure from it, whenever:

(a) has amounts owed to the studio;

(b) Their behaviour is likely to disturb the normal operation of the studio;

(d) Their behaviour violates the hygiene rules of the gym;

(e) They are clearly intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or psychologically incapacitated;

(f) They violate, in general, the provisions of the regulations.

Lost and Found

xx pilates is not responsible for any items left in the studio.

16.º Term and Changes
1. The provisions of the regulations shall come into force the day after they are posted in the studio and shall remain in force indefinitely.

2. The studio "Prescription" reserves the right to change, at any time and without notice, the Regulation producing effect from the day following the posting of the new regulation in the studio, so we recommend its regular reading.
