- Space will only be reserved upon receipt and acceptance of application form and deposit paid.

- Applicants must be over 18 years old.
- The full course fee must be paid in full, latest 4 weeks before the start date of the course. The booking is only confirmed once full payment is received.
- You must attend all days of the course to be considered to have completed the course.
- If a participant fails to attend the course without prior notice, no refund or credit will be issued.
- All payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or partial attendance.
- The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, alternative arrangements to another course date or a credit will be offered.
