This gentle but effective workout, developed by the STOTT PILATES® Academy team, incorporates Toning Balls™ to get new moms back on the right track.

  2. Understand how to incorporate Toning Balls in a post-natal workout

  3. Discuss special considerations for post-natal concerns

  4. Apply the STOTT PILATES Principles to exercises specific to the post-natal client
